We’re highly selective about the brands we invest in and mentor. To maintain our standards and drive real outcomes, we only review brands that meet the following:

  • Already in revenue.
  • We do not review pre-revenue or pre-launch brands unless the concept is truly an industry disruptor.
  • Not SaaS or software-based.
  • We focus on physical, operational, service-based, and traditional brands.
  • Not “online marketing” brands. While we use digital marketing as a lever, we don’t invest in businesses that are digital marketing.
  • Clear differentiation.
  • You’re not just a “me too” business. We look for brands with a unique angle, bold vision, and momentum.
  • Founder-first mentality.
  • You care about your people, your product, and your profit. Culture matters just as much as EBITDA.

Do you invest in ideas or startups that haven’t launched?

A: Only if they are truly unique and market-shifting. Otherwise, we focus on brands with traction and momentum.

Do you work with SaaS companies or online-only businesses?

No. We don’t operate in the SaaS or online marketing space. We scale real-world brands with proven models.

What’s the investment structure?

Every deal is different, but we always operate with equity alignment and growth partnership.

Can I just get mentoring without giving up equity?

Possibly. But most of our growth engagements are equity-based. That’s how we ensure real skin in the game.

Do you buy companies outright or only invest and mentor?

Both. In some cases, we acquire majority ownership or the entire company. In others, we take a minority equity stake and partner for growth. It depends on the opportunity, the founder’s goals, and the growth path.

What stage is the ideal fit for your investment or mentorship?

We work best with companies doing at least mid-six to seven figures in annual revenue, with clear potential to scale. If you're already moving but need systems, leadership, and growth support to hit the next level, you're likely a strong fit.
